Description
LAZZATI is pleased to present the new machine of the Linea Ram Milling, the LAZZATI HB 2M EVO 4.0, horizontal hydrostatic milling machine with moveable Ram. High dynamics, rapids up to 40m/1', 1s acceleration, high working feeds, equipped with the LAZZATI LHS Hydrostatic system on all axes, complete accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative product a complete system, capable of adaptation to any kind of processing for the removal of chips. The HB 2M EVO 4.0 is equipped with an automatic indexed universal head with high stiffness, reliability and precision. Designed and built entirely by LAZZATI, the A UA 360 transmits a power of 75Kw, reaches 5.000 RPM, it has the passage for the coolant both inside and outside the spindle. The machine is equipped with a system, the DCS - Dynamic Compensation System, for mechanical-hydraulic compensation in process of the RAM. The travels of the HB 2M are 4.000 ÷ N ° X4.000mm of longitudinal travel of the column; vertical travel of the head 2.000 to 4.000mm. and longitudinal travel of the RAM is 1.600mm. Available with INDUSTRY 4.0 integration, it can be equipped with a 15Ton up to 80Ton work table and rotary travelling table. Like all LAZZATI machines of the new generation, the HB 2M EVO 4.0 is also equipped with the new simplified interface system LHI 4.0 - LAZZATI Human Interface 4.0. Through a large 18.5” touch-screen interfaced with the CNC (standard Heidenhain, optionally Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor) the HB 2M EVO 4.0 is in effect an INDUSTRY 4.0 Ready product!
