LAZZATI is pleased to present the new HB2TF EVO 4.0, universal milling machine of the Linea T-Type Milling, equipped with a Prolonged Fixed Ram of considerable section capable of maximizing the rigidity of the entire system, facilitating the processing of the pieces and optimizing the machine's working field. This new product is part of the LAZZATI strategy of supplying a complete machine, suitable for any machining process of chip removal, ensuring extremely easy and ergonomic use of the machine and the best approach to the workpiece. The hydrostatic LAZZATI LHS T-Type equipment on all axles, complete equipment accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, allow the maximum power and rigidity of the machine. The HB 2TF EVO 4.0 is equipped with a Universal Automatic Head A UA 360, 1 ° x1 °, which goes beyond the center of the table both vertically and horizontally. Rotary table cross travel X = 3.000 - 4.000 - mm; vertical head Y = 2.100 – 2.600 ; longitudinal travel Z = 1.800 – 2.300 mm. Rotary table with a capacity of 15 - 25 tons. and dimension up to B = 1.800 x 2.200 mm, equipped with a double pinion system with backlash recovery that works on a rack with ground teeth. All new generation LAZZATI machines are equipped with the brand new system LHI 4.0 with simplified interface. Through a large 18,5" touch screen panel interfaced with the main CNC of the machine, the operator has at his disposal a powerful new-generation man-machine interface tool. It is also possible to directly view the machine manuals in digital format.
The machine is equipped Industry 4.0 and it is available with Heidenhain CNC. Optionally, Siemens, Fanuc and Fagor CNC are also available.
