The NILES-SIMMONS-HEGENSCHEIDT Group undertakes the planning, modernization, and realization of complete maintenance depots; production lines of automated repair workshops for wheels, axles, and wheel sets; and highly productive production lines with automatic gantry loading and integrated measuring and testing processes. Regardless of whether manual or fully automated transport, including handling of components, is used, the NSH Group delivers a custom-fit solution.
From project planning to turnkey handover, the overall responsibility lies with the NSH Group. We take over the entire project management from project control and financing, process simulations, and equipment procurement to facility planning and installation support.

Turnkey Lines for Automotive & Truck
The NILES-SIMMONS-HEGENSCHEIDT Group carries out the planning and realization of complete production lines up to turnkey handover to the customer. Workpieces such as powertrain components or axle bridges are processed fully automatically. The basis is the use of our own manufacturing technology coupled with the use of equipment from the technology market leaders in the main technologies relevant to manufacturing.
